How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order value.

Germany

  • Free shipping on orders over €29
  • €4.90 shipping fee for orders below €29

Other EU Countries

  • Free shipping on orders over €49
  • €8.50 shipping fee for orders below €49

All shipping rates include VAT.

Heavy goods (boxing bags)

Due to their size and weight, boxing bags are excluded from our free shipping offer, regardless of order value.

  • Germany: €50 shipping fee per boxing bag
  • German Islands: €250 shipping fee per boxing bag

If you're ordering multiple boxing bags or require shipping outside the regions listed above, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within the European Union to the following countries:

Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Cyprus.

How do I track my order?

All orders are shipped with DHL. After the order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking link by e-mail.

When will my order arrive?

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, delivery takes approximately:

  • 1–3 business days within Germany
  • 3–6 business days to other EU countries

Please note: Deliveries are not carried out on Sundays or public holidays.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the overall delivery time will be based on the item with the longest estimated delivery period.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have the right to return it within 30 days without providing any reason for the return.

The 30-day return period begins when:

  • you (or someone you've designated, other than the carrier) receive your goods;
  • when you receive the last item in your order if it was shipped in separate parcels; or
  • when you receive the last part of your order if it was delivered in multiple shipments.
How do I start a refund or an exchange?

We want returns to be as simple as possible. A free return label is included with your order. If you wish to return an item, please send it back within 30 days of receiving your order by handing the parcel to the designated carrier.

Returns made using the included return label are generally free of charge.

Please note that heavy or oversized items, such as boxing bags, may incur additional return shipping charges due to their size and weight. In some cases, these charges may be similar to the original shipping costs paid for delivery.

If you have any questions about a return, our customer support team will be happy to assist you.

When will I be refunded?

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected by our returns team. We do not issue refunds before the returned items arrive at our warehouse.

After your return has been approved, your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

While refunds may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your return, most refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Please note that any additional charges for expedited or non-standard delivery methods are non-refundable. Once your refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Are sale items refundable?

Yes, items bought during a sale can still be subject to a return.

How can I exchange an item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color of a product you have ordered, simply return the item you purchased originally and place a new order for the desired item.

Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued according to our return policy. While this process differs from a traditional exchange, it allows us to process requests more quickly and ensures the availability of the item you want.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. In this case, you may return the order in accordance with our return policy.

We regularly restock our most popular items, but restock dates can vary depending on demand and production schedules.

Marketing emails
