The heavy, 6 mm plastic-coated steel rope allows high rotation speeds and is part of every fighter's standard kit. The patented rope mount lets you adjust the length steplessly to any body height. Ergonomically shaped plastic handles ensure a firm grip throughout training, and separately available weights fit inside the handles to increase the training effect.
